COPY SHOP is a Web-to-Print service for Coventry Universities internal departments and students offering full copy, print & binding facilities. Black and White and Colour documents from a single sided document through to Multi Page Reports and Thesis.

What is web-to-print?

It is a fast and efficient, cost effective online print solution allowing you to order, upload documents for printing. You will also be able to manage your orders online.

How can I place order?

COPYSHOP offers a web-to-print ordering facility. To make ordering as convenient as possible, register as client, select a category and product then choose print/finishing option/s, upload your files and go through the checkout process

I have placed my order online, when should I expect delivery?

For regular jobs, printing would be within 24 hours. But with delivery, allow 48 hours turnaround. If the job is bespoke or complex, it may take longer depending on nature of the job and it’s requirements. Every effort will be made to turn around jobs as quickly as possible.

What if the job is urgent and requires a fast turnaround?

Please phone and discuss requirements. Jobs can be collected in person to save time if necessary.

What type of file are accepted and how do I supply them?

All industry standard files from both Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac are accepted, including PDF, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. PDF being the preferred document type, ideally try to keep your file size under 10Mb for a faster upload time.

You can upload files when placing orders online. For bespoke and complex jobs, files can be supplied on CD, DVD, USB or send via email or in person. 

What jobs are classified as bespoke?

Other than standard category jobs listed online can be bespoke jobs
e.g. A3 printing, special finishing like lamination, and hard case book binding etc.

If I need help for bespoke jobs, how can I get in contact and discuss order requirements?

How can I payment for my order?

If you are currently studying at Coventry University, you will be able to order with discounted rates using PAYPAL(no account required), credit or debit card or by cash on collection at the store (BuyMyPrint Ltd, 27-31 Westwood Road, Earlsdon CV5 6GF).

Do I get a proof?

If you have requested one, you will be provided with PDF screen proof for approval prior to printing or a Printed proof. You will need to response quickly or it may delay your delivery time.

How do I arrange delivery?

You are welcome to collect jobs from the Store (BuyMyPrint Ltd, 27-31 Westwood Road, Earlsdon CV5 6GF)

For paid deliveries we have a sliding scale:

 

Order Value up to £15: £8 delivery charge

Order Value between £15 and £25: £3 delivery charge

Order Value between £25 and £50: £2 delivery charge

Order Value over £50: £FREE DELIVERY

What type of paper do you print on?

For normal jobs, it is printed on 80gsm white bond photocopy paper. Covers for reports etc, are printed on glossy or silk card between 250 – 300 gsm. For bespoke jobs, you can request for alternative paper stock and different binding options.

Can I drop in and collect jobs?

We have aimed to make online ordering process as convenient as possible. But if you feel necessary to drop in and discuss job requirements as it may be complex or just for your own convienience, you are welcome to do so.
